Cinnamon Rolls Recipe

Today's post will be a recipe to make homemade cinnamon rolls. If your looking how to make them keep reading.

Ingredients:

  • Dough:
  • 2 and 3/4 cups all-purpose flour
  • 3 Tablespoons granulated sugar
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 package instant yeast ( 1 packet = 2 and 1/4 teaspoons)
  • 1/2 cup water
  • 1/4 cup milk
  • 2 Tablespoon unsalted butter
  • 1 large egg
  • Filling:
  • 1/4 cup (1/2 stick) unsalted butter, softened to room temperature
  • 2 Tablespoon ground cinnamon
  • 1/4 cup brown sugar
  • Glaze:
  • 1 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 2-3 Tablespoons milk or coffee

Instructions:

1. To Make Dough: In a large bowl, mix the flour, the sugar, salt and yeast together until evenly dispersed. Set aside. In a small microwavable bowl, heat the water, milk and butter together in the microwave until the butter is melted ( about 30-45 seconds). Stir the butter mixture into the flour mixture. Add the egg and knead  with hand or with stand mixer for 3-4 minutes or until the dough is no longer sticky. Place in a lightly greased bowl and let rest for about 5 minutes.
2. Preheat the oven to 200F and turn off after 10 minutes or just before placing rolls in the oven.

3. To Make Filling: After the dough has rested for 5 minutes, roll it out in a 15x9 inch rectangle. Spread the softened butter on top. Mix together the cinnamon and sugar and sprinkle it all over the dough. Roll up the dough tightly and cut into 9 (large) even pieces. Place in a lightly greased 9-inch or square pan (or cut into 12 small pieces and place in a 9x13 pan) and lightly cover with aluminum foil or plastic wrap.

4. Turn OFF the oven and place the cinnamon buns in the oven to rise for 20 minutes. Keep the buns in the oven (REMOVE THE FOIL OR PLASTIC) and turn on the oven to 375F. Bake the cinnamon rolls for 15-20 minutes or until golden. Remove from oven and top with glaze.

5. To Make Glaze: Mix the powdered sugar, vanilla and 2 Tablespoons milk together until smooth and lump free. Drizzle over warm rolls.

The day that my life fell apart.
It was a Monday morning, I had the morning shift at Pete's Pizzeria. This was my first real job ever, I was pretty nervous. I've never worked with food before. When I got there I was told i had the job of putting pizza's in the oven and watching them. This didn't seem like that hard of a job to do. I thought I'd do great but boy was I wrong.. I remember putting the pizza in and getting sidetracked. I thought I could take my lunch break and be back in time. When I walked back in there was smoke everywhere. People were running around and yelling fire. I was so confused, what was happening. I finally remembered that I put that pizza in and I forgot about it. After the fire was finally put out so much damage was done. Half of the kitchen was burnt and could not be repaired. Long story short I was an embarrassment and I lost my very first job.

Hey, this is Alivia from Alivia's DIY room decor. Today I'm taking over for Kendra who is my friend. Today I am going to share a recipe that is one of my all times favorite. It is called Buffalo chicken dip, for this you will need the following:

2 cream cheese, one cup of ranch, one can of canned chicken breast, and 1/3 cup of hot sauce. (You can also cut up chicken if you want to use that.) You are also going to want to use a crock pot to keep warm.

First you put the cream cheese in the crock pot then you add the ranch. When you add the caned chicken make sure to drain it, and add it in. Last but not least add the hot sauce. 1/3 is remanded but you can add to your liking. Once you have had all of your ingredients in the crock then wait until the cream cheese to melt and then stir. After you finish enjoy. After refrigerate it a container.

Review:

Ninja Kitchen Blender

This review is about the Ninja Kitchen Blender. I bought this product last year and have used it quite alot. I decided to write a review on the good and the bad of the product.Related image

Good:

Some good things about this blender is that it's very powerful. While using this product I was able to see how good the blender actually worked. The blades chopped up the fruits nicely. The machine also has several other buttons and modes on what type of blending you want to do. You also can walk away when the machine is on since you don't have to hold down the lid.

Bad:

One thing that I do not like about this product is how loud it is. When you start the process of blending the machine gets very loud and you have to cover yours ears. Another bad thing about this product is how expensive it is. When we bought ours it was on sale but regular price is pretty expensive.

Conclusion:

Overall I would suggest this product to anyone who enjoys making smoothies and other drinks. The product does work well but it also has some bad things. I would rate this a 4/5.Image result for 4 out of 5 stars rating
